What’s up peoples?  How’s your 2010 going?  From the jump, it’s been mad hectic.  Couple weeks back I had the honor of playing the afterparty for the LOST premiere at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse.  On top of that I got to get busy in a Dharma jumpsuit.  Check here for the recap.

As we proceed to give you want you need……here’s what’s up coming up for the rest of this month:

Tonight my dude Mark Tarone has got the Chinatown on smash with the official Fat Tuesday party.  I’ll be rocking at Bar 35 alongside the multi talented homey DJ Audissey.

On Friday, The Vertical Junkies are putting together the ill birthday jump off for the dudest of dudes Maka V.  The Aloha Stadium homies will be in full effect (hopefully in costume).  See you at Fresh Cafe…

Next week Wednesday is the huge Nocturnal Sound Krew and Bamp jump off!  We’ve teamed up to bring you our first official concert.  We’re proud as hell to present Stones Throw recording artist Mayer Hawthorne and the County.  NSK has been huge Mayer fans since he dropped the ill heart shaped 10″ vinyl single for Just Gonna Work It Out about a year ago.  Since then dude’s buzz has been growing with the release of his album A Strange Arrangement and getting the cosign from us.

On top of that, we’ve added Brushfire Records (Jack Johnson’s label) J Radio.  J Radio is a project by Jack Johnson’s bassist Merlo Podlewski consisting of a large cast of characters such as Del The Funky Homosapian, Mario C (Beastie Boys), Money Mark (Beastie Boys), Jack Johnson, and Kid Koala.  Expect some special guest to make an appearance at the show.

Get your tickets here….with the quickness!!!!!!!!!!!

In conjunction with Valentines and the Mayer Hawthorne show, Compose put together A Valentine’s Arrangement - a sexy soundtrack to your Valentines Day and to get you hyped on the Mayer Show.  Click here to get the mix.

This month’s Soul Clap I’m welcoming back the homey Roza from Los Angeles. Check this mix from her to let you know where she’s coming from.

Thanks,

ESKAE
